The subscription services provided by SeeWow are in-app value-added services. After a successful subscription, users may enjoy corresponding membership content, premium features, or other related benefits during the valid subscription period. The specific benefits and scope of services shall be subject to the descriptions displayed in the app.

SeeWow currently offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Subscription: USD 9.99 per week

• Yearly Subscription: USD 159.99 per year

The subscription price, billing currency, service content, and benefit details shown on the purchase page at the time of subscription shall prevail. Actual charges may vary by country or region due to taxes, exchange rates, or platform policies.

Users may purchase subscription services through Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other legally supported payment channels authorized by SeeWow.

The subscription will take effect immediately after payment is successfully completed and confirmed by the applicable platform, and will remain valid for the subscription period purchased by the user.

1.Unless the user cancels the subscription before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as the selected plan.

2.Renewal charges will be automatically deducted from the payment method linked to the user’s account in accordance with the applicable platform rules.

3. Upon successful renewal, the subscription period will be extended automatically by the corresponding renewal term.

Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time through their account settings on the applicable app store platform. Once auto-renewal is canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period and will then terminate automatically.

Typical cancellation paths include but are not limited to:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SeeWow

• Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → SeeWow

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms, refund requests, refund eligibility, and refund processing shall generally be governed by the rules and policies of the relevant platform.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

1.During the valid subscription period, users are entitled to access and use the corresponding membership benefits in accordance with the app rules.

2.The specific content, scope, display methods, and usage limitations of membership benefits shall be subject to the descriptions and actual availability within the SeeWow app.

3.SeeWow reserves the right to update, optimize, or reasonably adjust membership benefits based on product operations, content updates, feature improvements, or compliance requirements, provided that such changes will not unlawfully deprive users of the core benefits of an active paid subscription period.

If the user purchases or subscribes through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms, the user shall also comply with the terms, conditions, and rules of such platforms regarding payment, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the mandatory rules of the applicable third-party platform or applicable law, the relevant platform rules and applicable law shall prevail to the extent required.

Minors should use paid services only with the consent and guidance of their parent or legal guardian. If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has made a purchase or subscription without authorization, they should promptly contact the relevant payment platform for assistance.

SeeWow reserves the right to update or modify these In-App Purchase and Subscription Terms from time to time in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business needs, or product operations. Any updated version will be published through the app, website, or other reasonable means, and will become effective upon publication.
